What you need to make this kite are the following tools: scissors, ruler, pencil, markers or paint and stapler.

Fight Kiting is an art itself. As the wind gets grip on the kite the kite will take its natural V-shape.Step forwards and let the kite line slack.The kite will take ist flat shape again with the result tat the kite loses higth and will go down. If the kite points its nose up, pull on the kite line.The kite takes its V-shape and contitues the flight up. 
The rules of fightkiting vary from country to country. The main object is to take down the kite of your opponent.
The winner is the one who's kite is still in the air.
